I’m an experienced ecommerce and growth marketing professional for the past 15+ years. The majority of the time I’ve spent working for brands, well known large and small companies including LLBean, Lindt Chocolate, Toad and Co, Tea Forte, and L’OR Coffee. I’ve grown up in ecommerce - made every mistake and worked in just about every role. I’ve led teams large and small as a player coach where able to jump in and be hands-on if necessary while also supporting CEOs and Founders with overall strategy.
Over the years I’ve built expertise that’s deep in ecommerce, while also understanding the business as a whole - allowing me to bring together growth strategies that are financially healthy, brand enhancing, and operationally feasible.
I started Get Growing to help brand owners and founders find a clear path to sustainable growth. Leaders are pulled in many directions, considering proposals from a host of agencies who are selling growth “solutions” often tailored to what the agency can most efficiently deliver - whether it’s the best solution for the client or not. Often brands are torn between competing growth channels, but don’t have a resource to help sort through the myriad of options to grow their businesses.
They are looking for someone in their corner to help wade the opportunities in their business and provide guidance on where to invest their time and resources to build a healthy business.
