An in-depth audit of the full path to purchase. We evaluate the top landing pages, home page, collection, and product pages. We’re looking for clarity in navigation and layout that supports customer’s decisions and builds confidence in your brand. We cover the full path to purchase including checkout through post-purchase. Are you answering customers questions and addressing potential objections? Are you building trust and confidence in your brand? Do you show how your product makes the customer a hero?

03 Growth and Acquisition Plans

These are custom plans built based on unique inputs of your business, products, and go-to-market strategy. There are two parts to this growth equation: 1) What is the cost to acquire a customer, and 2) what is the value of that customer in the future. We look at your paid vs. organic channel mix and create a model that shows your potential new customer growth and retention revenue. These models can form the basis for forecasting, inventory planning, and cash management.

04 Price and Profit Optimization

Price is a powerful lever in your business and can be one of the most difficult things to get right. Price should be considered as one element of a “complete offer” including shipping costs, free shipping thresholds, and any bundling or introductory offers. We’re looking for an offer (price, discount, shipping) that maximizes profit per visitor at scale. Unlocking greater profit per visitor is what allows brands to scale their advertising efforts.

Who are we a good fit for?

Our services are best suited to businesses that already have some DTC traction. These brands may have hit a plateau and need another experienced operator to assess how their business can get “unstuck”. Other brands may be growing and are poised to make another investment in their business, but are unclear on where they should focus their resources.

How quickly can we get started?

Typically we can get started within a week or two of agreeing to an initial audit or project. The speed of startup is often determined by the availability of data sources and collaboration with internal resources. While we are doing the heavy lifting for each project, input and feedback from our clients helps to guide and validate our direction for best results.

Do you replace our existing agency?

No, we work collaboratively with your existing team (internal and/or external). We provide growth strategies, recommendations, and roadmaps to support your growth plans and work with your paid media and/or email marketing team for implementation and testing. If necessary, we can provide support in these areas or make agency recommendations.

Do I need to make a long term commitment?

We do not require long term annual agreements. The first engagement is often project based, then for ongoing growth and optimization support we typically engage on a retainer basis. We look at it this way: when we provide value, clients will see results and continue working with us.
